We're looking for New and Experienced Driving Instructors.
We are actually looking for New Driving Instructors to join our team all the time.
With the ever increasing access to digital technologies we believe in arming our Driving Instructors with the necessary tools to make the job as easy as possible, fuss free and something that learners will appreciate, really get their teeth into and enjoy.
We are keen on the idea of branding but doing so intelligently. That means that when you have one of our cars you also have a vehicle that can be used for teaching one day and socially the next with the removable branding we have in place. From vehicle branding to non-tradition 'uniform', to digitized teaching material, to time and accounts management tools, to business cards and much more, we have made every effort to make sure we have a business model that will take Austin's School of Motoring successfully into the future.
What are we looking for right now:
- We are in need of an additional Experienced Driving Instructor covering the North Belfast area.
- We are looking for Automatic Driving Instructors for all areas of Belfast and beyond.
- We are interested in talking with Owner Drivers who are interested in joining the Austin's School of Motoring Team and welcome all enquiries whether you are interested in driving one of our cars of if you have a vehicle of your own.

We have made every effort to ensure that the cars we provide our New Driving Instructors are as good as we can make them and as we exclusively use Mini as our brand of Choice you will always have a premium car at your disposal.
We provide you with a Branded Headboard and Removable Door Signage. Meaning that once you have finished for the day/weekend the car can be driven without drawing attention to yourself or advertising the business in your personal time with family or friends.

Our digital learning aids are there to support both our Driving Instructor Team but also our Pupils too.
We have spent time generating branded documentation covering everything a Pupil should know and learn during their driving journey into a handy range of guides. You might be surprised at the information we have created, all in an effort to make each Driving Instructors job that little bit easier.

When you mention the word 'uniform' it conjures up visions of shirt and tie and a clip board.
That's not what me mean at all!
This is a relaxed learning environment and we want the image you portray to be just that. Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Polo's or T-Shirts we work with our Driving Instructors to make them comfortable in the car and a little bit more chilled in front of the Pupil.
